I might tender that, not even close to being truly a bludger and a shirker, the girl is just a hero that is national and residing evidence of that rarest of things: Homo economicus.
The Homo economicus or „economic man” is a now much-discredited character of financial concept, which contends that all individual is a perfectly logical economic actor whom evaluates each choice they make through a lens that is economic. It has been discredited by behavioural economists, whom discovered, shock surprise, that people are rarely, when, rational.
But possibly this learning education loan shirker is proof of the presence of Homo economicus?.
National policy towards student borrowers and young adults in general makes therefore sense that is little the most rational activities to do is always to leave the nation. (więcej…)
