It should be absolutely normal and honorable to get an education in such educational and practical centers, to get a new education for adults in order to retrain and change jobs, „said Alexei Goncharuk.
Also, according to him, the whole system of vocational education is not effective and in order to make it more effective, the Cabinet of Ministers is laying the necessary resources next year.

MES presents the law „On professional higher education”
The Ministry of Education has launched a series of regional meetings-seminars to discuss the draft law „On Vocational Higher Education”. The corresponding order was signed by the Minister of Education Lilia Grinevich.
Meetings will be held for heads of higher education institutions of the I-II level of accreditation, as well as rectors of universities and academies, which include colleges and technical schools.
During the meetings, representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science will present the main provisions of the bill on the ground and answer questions from participants.
Activities to discuss the bill will be held in 17 cities of Ukraine.
